Accessibility Statement
Hope Vision Development Center is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. As a practice that helps people see and process the world more comfortably, this matters to us.
Our goal
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have motor, learning, or cognitive disabilities.
What we're doing
- Building pages with high-contrast text, clear headings, and buttons and links that work with a keyboard
- Adding text descriptions to meaningful images
- Testing pages with automated accessibility tools and fixing what we find
- Reviewing the site regularly as we add new content
Third-party tools
Some parts of our site are provided by other companies, including our secure online request and intake forms. We ask these providers to support accessibility, but we don't control their content. If any part of the site is hard to use, please contact us and we'll help you another way, such as completing a form with you over the phone.
Need help or have feedback?
If you have trouble using any part of this website, or you need information in a different format, please let us know. Tell us the page and what happened, and we'll do our best to fix it and get you what you need.
